Scorpion was preparing herself to sleep, it's been months ever since she had run away from home, luckily the master of that Mansion were kind to let her stay as much as she wanted, although she had no desire to return, how could she? Her older sister were always so abusive a towards her, she even wanted to marry her with a man that she didn't appreciated, she rather stay in a unknown place then spending her life with a man that wouldn't appreciate her much or even love.

She was well received on that Mansion, the master make sure that she was well treated, giving expensive gifts even she didn't ask for any of those, she appreciated every thing that he had done for her, even more.

Still, she knows that something was wrong with him, she couldn't tell what it was, he only shows up whenever the sun goes down, he's always telling that he just had important business, it kind of make senses for her.

"Good evening, my dear"

The maiden had turned around and saw a tall, paled man in the door, his hair was short and black but in the front he had silver bangs, even thought that he wasn't good looking, his sweetness a towards her, made her fall in deeply in love for him.

"Good evening, sir, I hope I didn't wake you up" she said a bit shyly.

"Oh don't worry my dear, I wasn't asleep yet, I just came to see if you're okay" he said looking at her a bit worried "You haven't eat anything during dinner"

"Oh... hmm... I wasn't very hungry" she said to him

The vampire sorcerer didn't buy her excuse, he could see that something was bothering her, ever since they meet he had fell in love with her beauty, her kindness and her sweet, beautiful smile, although he couldn't tell her, what he was, not yet at least. Even that, he could noticed that she didn't even sleep properly, she thought he wouldn't noticed it but he did.

"Those nightmares again?" he asked her.

The maiden looked at him a bit confused, how did he figured out?

"Sir, how did you-"

"Please my dear, call me Cedric, you know that don't like when you call that" he said placing a finger on her lips "And to answered your question, it isn't exactly hard to noticed these dark circles around your beautiful eyes."

The maiden couldn't help but blush brightly when he caressed her cheek. She simply stays away from him embarrassed, sitting down on her bed.

He noticed the small blush in her face, goes around the bed before he climb behind.

"Of course you don't have to tell if you don't to talk about it" he said as he holds her close to him.

The maiden's blush intensified once she felt the sorcerer's arms holding her from behind.

"C-Cedric"

It was all she could say, the way his name come out from her beautiful lips were music to the sorcerer's ears, he didn't knew how much longer he could held this desire, he wanted more then just drinking her sweet blood, he wanted to claim her as his lover, his bride....
